    How do you charge — percentage or fixed?
    Fixed production fee, agreed after the estimate above becomes a proposal. We don't take vendor commissions on top — every vendor invoice comes to you at cost.
    Do you handle destination guests?
    Yes — the hospitality add-on covers airport transfers, a welcome desk, room allocation and an on-call number for every guest, from D-2 to departure.
    What is the smallest event you take?
    Fifty guests. Below that, we'll happily recommend someone better suited — and mean it.
    What if it rains on an outdoor event?
    Every outdoor plan carries a covered fallback booked in parallel, decided at D-1 with the client. It's in the contract, not a conversation on the day.
